We absolutely love working with PABS! The relationship began in January with just 2 phone calls. There were onboarding meetings to discuss the workload. Their team took great notes and continues to do so. The management team and staff overseas communicate at college graduate levels. They are adaptable and trainable. We use Teams, and Office 365 Online products to communicate lists, etc. We also use Dropbox for exchange of files. This has been a very positive experience for us. So much that in January we started with just 1 FTE, and upgraded to 2 FTE by February, and more in March.
