Founder and Chief Executive Officer

An Entrepreneur with a stellar vision – Anand Tated founded Pacific Accounting & Business Services (PABS) in 2008. As a highly experienced Chartered Accountant (equivalent to US CPA), CFA and CEO of PABS, he has eminent expertise in finance & accounting, audit, and international outsourcing.

As a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of public accounting experience, Anand has led audits and taxation engagements of large-scale companies across different domains. He has insightfully re-defined their business strategies and implemented projects for F&A outsourcing of many Fortune 100 companies. Moreover, he has maneuvered numerous businesses to achieve their business objectives and goals with customized business solutions.

Jim Merrill

President, PABS USA

Jim Merrill is the President of US Operations at Pacific Accounting & Business Solutions (PABS). He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a Major in Accounting from the University of Hawaii at Manoa from where he graduated with honors.

With 20 years of experience, he has empowered small-scaled businesses with his sheer conviction & expertise. Jim has more than 15 years providing small and mid-size enterprise accounting, he is holistically committed to providing an outstanding client experience. His experience and expertise have allowed him to create outsourcing solutions for hundreds of small businesses.

John Bugh

Chief Revenue Officer

John Bugh is Chief Revenue Officer at Pacific Accounting and Business Services (PABS), responsible for the strategic direction, planning, vision, growth, and performance of the company’s marketing, branding, and revenue streams.

As a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in executive sales, marketing, and operational leadership, John has worked to build high-performing leadership-teams that have a demonstrated track record of accelerating growth, increasing revenue, establishing sustainability, and improving profitability. He has held leadership roles across a myriad of software and technology organizations in fast-paced and rapidly changing markets such as Mphasis, Intelenet Global Services, and Intuit. Moreover, he has over 20 years of experience in Tax and Accounting Industry.

John leads leadership-teams with a guiding principle centered on leadership-teamwork and honoring commitments with integrity. He thinks of himself as a “Chief Barrier” remover; someone who works for his leadership-teams, not the other way around.

He is an avid life-long fan of the NY Yankees and loves to snow ski with his family whenever he has the opportunity!

Martin Conboy

Director

Martin Conboy is the Director of PABS Australia Operations. He has ample experience as an international executive with strong interpersonal and networking skills in areas like logistics, telecommunications, contact center, recruitment, and outsourcing.

He is well-known among experts in the Outsourcing Industry across the Asia-Pacific region and has 16 years of experience at the senior level in the market research industry. He has also spent 21 years analyzing and commenting on call center and outsourcing sectors in the Asia Pacific region. Interestingly, he was even voted among the Top Five most influential and most respected people in the Global Call Centre Outsourcing Industry in November 2014.
